Fernando Lynch
President
Fernando’s passion is collaborating with customers to develop and quickly deliver high performance, long lasting and beautiful luminaires. His goal is to partner with customers to provide exactly what is required for the application. Fernando is approachable, responsive, and demonstrates that he personally cares about his customer’s success. He has 25 years of experience in sales, engineering and management in semiconductor fabrication and national lighting maintenance. He has 20 years of experience in LED lighting. Fernando determines the markets, opportunities, and products Forzlux will pursue. He has several published patents on semiconductor thermal packaging and LED light engines. His family is from Spain. He was born in Europe, but has resided in southern California since his youth. Fernando loves cars. Since he was two. This is the way.

JULES VILLANUEVA
Vice President and COO
Jules is a catalyst for the continued development of key supplier and customer relationships. He makes sure that clients are provided with the level of care, resources and expertise that is expected. He has 20 years of experience in operations, sales, and product specification particularly with LEDs in the signage and general lighting industries. Jules is originally from the Philippines and has spent more than half his life in the US. He enjoys being outdoors, traveling and spending time with his daughter. He has spoken.

Shelley DEVINCI
Sales and Accounting Manager
Shelley is the primary contact for Forzlux customers and interfaces often with top partners and suppliers. She exemplifies our well-known industry reputation of excellent customer service and a friendly "we care" attitude. Shelley is our new customer's "first good impression". She is a quick learner and her broad experience in audio visual installations and custom/new home construction gives her that “can do” attitude typical of Forzlux employees. She is tech savvy and is an expert on our information systems and data retrieval. Shelley is a South Orange County native and her hobbies are hiking and dog walking.

Jeremy Chavez
Operations and Technology Manager
Jeremy is responsible for the rapid fulfillment of Forzlux customer’s orders. He also manages the sourcing and inventory of all domestic and international components and materials. Jeremy is an excellent negotiator with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. He has years of experience in SMT (surface mount technology) assembly, manufacturing and inspection. He is technically savvy and personally involved in the assembly of light engine samples to customers and supporting engineering R&D and fabrication. Jeremy knows the product line intimately, is familiar with the technology and how to specify, build and test products. His specialty is predicting the ebbs and flows of customer's needs and ordering JIT materials. Jeremy is a southern California native and his hobbies are anything electric. You had him at battle droid.

Jak Lynch
Manufacturing and Test Manager
Jak of “all trades” manages key Forzlux products from start to finish; from ordering components and materials, assisting engineering and manufacturing, final inspection, packaging and transport to our customer. Jak also tests products with various electronic equipment including our 60” diameter “super lumen apparatus” (integrating sphere) as well as working with customers on new luminaire or engine designs for prototypes. He is bilingual and assists manufacturing in assembly and communication. His motto from his days of military service and maximum security correctional officer is: “adapt and overcome.” His hobbies include running a campaign of nerds through Dungeons and Dragons and outdoor athletics such as hiking, swimming, and biking.
